1. Not a Clinical Assessment

The IQ UP! test is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. The test, its scoring methodology, and any results produced are:

• Not scientifically validated or standardised.
• Not clinically accurate or equivalent to a professional cognitive assessment.
• Not a substitute for assessment by a qualified educational psychologist, therapist, or other professional.

IQ scores produced by this test should not be interpreted as definitive or comparative measures of a child's intelligence, ability, or potential. Results are indicative only and designed to encourage learning and engagement with STEM subjects.

2. Data Handling

Test question responses and calculated scores are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. All test logic runs locally in the user's browser. Only the child's first name and the parent or guardian's email address are collected — solely to deliver the results email. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Age Requirement & Parental Supervision

This test is intended for children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old, and must be completed under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who took the test and that you have provided your own contact details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to questions, text, design, graphics, logos, and programme names — is the intellectual property of IQ UP! and is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

IQ UP! and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Reliance on test results or score interpretations.
• Educational, professional, or personal decisions made on the basis of results.
• Temporary unavailability or technical errors in the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

This site may contain links to the main IQ UP! website and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable in the region of IQ UP!'s registered office.
