We collect only the minimum information needed to deliver your results:

  • Child's first name — used to personalise the results email.
  • Parent or guardian's email address — used to deliver results and, if consented, occasional educational updates from IQ UP!

No other personal data is collected during the test or registration process.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect or store any of the following:

  • Individual test answers or question responses
  • Test scores or IQ range values
  • IP addresses or geolocation data
  • Device fingerprints or browser identifiers
  • Cookies (beyond strictly necessary session data stored in your browser only)
  • Any data relating to the child other than their first name

3. How We Use Your Data

The information you provide is used exclusively for:

  • Sending a one-time results email containing your child's score summary and personalised learning tips.
  • Sending occasional educational updates and information about IQ UP! programmes — only if you have given explicit consent at registration.

You may unsubscribe from educational updates at any time using the link included in every email we send.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your name and email address are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure within the European Economic Area (EEA). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

5. Children's Privacy

This test is intended to be completed under parental or guardian supervision. We collect the parent or guardian's email address — not the child's. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted their own contact details without parental consent, please contact us immediately at contact@iqup.mk and we will delete the information promptly.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify any inaccurate information.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to processing for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
